2003–2005
The Mike Bossy Trophy is awarded to the top draft prospect of the QMJHL. From 2003–2005, when the CHL Top Draft Prospect Award was not handed out, the winners of the QMJHL's top draft prospect were:
- 2004–05 – Sidney Crosby, Rimouski Océanic
- 2003–04 – Alexandre Picard, Lewiston MAINEiacs
- 2002–03 – Marc-Andre Fleury, Cape Breton Screaming Eagles
