Motorways

Motorways (Serbian: Аутопут, Autoput) are the backbone of the road system in Serbia. Although the Serbian word for motorway is "autoput", the "A1", "A2" or "A3" road designations are not used, E-numeration being used instead.

The following motorway sections are currently in service:

• Е70: Batrovci – Sremska Mitrovica – Dobanovci (Belgrade bypass) – Zemun (Е70) – Belgrade
• E75: Horgoš – Subotica – Novi Sad – Beška – Batajnica – Zemun (Е70) – Belgrade – Bubanj Potok (Belgrade bypass) – Jagodina – Niš (Е80) – Leskovac
• Е80: Niš (Е75) – Niška Banja
