Linda Moulton Howe, born January 20, 1942, is an American investigative journalist and documentary producer-writer-director-editor best known as a ufologist and advocate of conspiracy theories that cattle mutilations are of extraterrestrial origin and speculations that the U.S. government is involved with aliens. She is currently based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
