Ashisogi Jizō is a Zanpakutō owned by Mayuri Kurotsuchi. Its spirit form resembles a small baby-like creature with butterfly wings. He ends up fighting Kenpachi Zaraki until Mayuri arrives and causes Ashisogi Jizō to be shattered. Mayuri then vows to find a way to make his Zanpakutō tell him how Muramasa is controlling the other Zanpakutōs.
He is voiced by Fumiko Orikasa in the Japanese version.
