Frazier went unselected in the 2004 NFL Draft, but was later signed to the Baltimore Ravens practice squad. In October 2004, he was signed by the Dallas Cowboys, who had numerous cornerbacks injured for lengthy periods of time. While he was with the Cowboys, Frazier started eight regular season games, recording 38 tackles, two interceptions, and in 2004, a punt return average that ranked ninth in the league among rookies.
After the 2005 season, Frazier signed with the Seattle Seahawks where he spent some time on the team's practice squad. He was waived by the team on August 28, 2006. He was then released by the team two days later.
