The Terminal Sales Building is a historic building in Portland, Oregon, United States. One of the few pieces of prominent Art Deco architecture in Portland, it is the only high-rise example. The design of this building is consistently misattributed to A. E. Doyle. The building's design was the work of Wilfred Frank Higgins, an architect in Doyle's office. While art deco was certainly an anomaly for the firm that usually produced classical revival and Beaux Arts works, this is readily explained by the fact that Doyle himself had little involvement in the design process for this building. In fact, Higgins name and signature appear alone on most of the construction documents and blueprints.
The building was completed in 1927; it stands 155 feet (47 m) tall and has 13 above-ground floors. The Terminal Sales Building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 17, 1991.
