Voyages of James V

James V twice sailed to the Isles of Scotland, and once to France for his marriage to Princess Madeleine. James made much use of an English ship, the Mary Willoughby, captured by Hector Maclean of Duart off the Isle of Man and delivered to the king at Inveraray by the Earl of Argyll in September 1533. Another English ship captured around this time and passed into the king's hands was the Lion.
