Richard Carl Fuisz, M.D. (born December 12, 1939) is an American physician, inventor, licensed pilot, and entrepreneur. Fuisz founded Fuisz Technologies, Ltd. and Medcom, Inc. He is credited with bringing the first Miss USSR to the United States through his modeling agency Dr. Fuisz is also a well-known nonrepresentational painter, working mainly in the futurist style.
