Mile Island is an island with an area of 4 ha, in south-eastern Australia. It is part of Tasmania’s Big Green Island Group, lying in eastern Bass Strait west of Flinders in the Furneaux Group. It is a conservation area. The island is also part of the Chalky, Big Green and Badger Island Groups Important Bird Area.
