Demi Lovato who plays as Charlotte Adams left the show before this season as she was busy filming Camp Rock, competing in the Disney Channel Games, going on tour with the Jonas Brothers, and portraying the lead character, Sonny on the then-new Disney Channel Original Series, Sonny With A Chance. A new character named Lexi Adams played by Lindsey Black was introduced to take her place. New episodes of As The Bell Rings aired Saturday evenings at 7:55/6:55c.
