Frank McNulty (born c. 1973) is a legislator in the U.S. state of Colorado. First elected to the Colorado House of Representatives as a Republican in 2006, McNulty represents House District 43, which centers around the community of Highlands Ranch. McNulty was Speaker of the House in 2011 and 2012 during the two years of Republican control of the House.
