Chả is Vietnamese for “sausage”.
Chả can be made of several types of fillers:
- pork (chả lua)
- ground chicken (chả gà)
- ground beef (chả bò)
- fish (chả cá)
- tofu or vegetarian (chả chay)
- steamed pork loaf topped with egg yolks (chả trứng hấp)
