The Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBG) is an American telecommunications company that operates the largest number of local television stations in the United States. Headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, it owns a total of over 74 stations across the country in over 45 primarily small and medium markets, many of which are located in the South and Midwest. Broadcasts by SBG stations can be received by 24 percent of American households. SBG is also the owner of the Ring of Honor (ROH) professional wrestling promotion, which is considered to be the third most prominent national wrestling company behind WWE and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).
