Leopard Capital is reportedly looking to raise Leopard Myanmar Property Fund as one of the first investment funds for Myanmar after the country embarked on major economic and political reforms. According to CEO Douglas Clayton in an interview on BBC "The country also has an acute shortage of real estate including hotel rooms, serviced apartments, office space, and modern shopping malls."
