To date, the best known of Candy Ride's offspring are the filly, Evita Argentina and the colt, Misremembered, both foaled in 2006. So far, Evita Argentina has won the 2008 Moccasin Stakes at Hollywood Park Racetrack and the 2009 San Vicente Stakes. Misremembered, raced by George Jacobs, won the 2009 Swaps Stakes and the 2009 Indiana Derby, and was second in the Clark Handicap and Malibu Stakes.
In 2010, Candy Ride burst onto the spotlight when his son Misremembered won the Santa Anita Handicap and another of his sons, Sidney's Candy, achieved considerable Success as a three year old on the Kentucky Derby trail. Since, Sidney's Candy has set the track record for 1 1/16 on turf at Del Mar. Twirling Candy has also become a leading star on the West coast in 2010 & 2011 winning multiple grade 1's on turf and dirt. John Sadler who trains both Sidney's and Twirling Candy is quoted as saying Twirling Candy is the best horse he's ever trained. Both are owned by the Craig Family Trust of Sid and Jenny Craig.
