Kraków was a reserve city for the Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine. Wisła Stadium was the planned venue for the tournament. Referring to the above matter it was decided to change the project, who had previously assumed stadium capacity of approximately 21 500 seats. The revised draft has greatly increased stadium capacity to meets all the requirements for elite class stadium.
