The PRC Government still regulates sexuality to a greater degree than the governments of Western countries. Recently, Ma Xiaohai, a 53-year-old computer science professor, was sentenced to 3.5 years in jail for organising wife-swapping events, breaking the "group licentiousness law" (聚众淫乱罪).
