Famous quotes containing the words minister, home and/or affairs:
“Canst thou not minister to a mind diseased,
Pluck from the memory a rooted sorrow,
Raze out the written troubles of the brain,
And with some sweet oblivious antidote
Cleanse the fraught bosom of that perilous stuff
Which weighs upon the heart?”
—William Shakespeare (15641616)
“Keep the home fires burning,
While your hearts are yearning,
Though your lads are far away
They dream of home.
Theres a silver lining
Through the dark cloud shining;
Turn the dark cloud inside out,
Till the boys come home.”
—Lena Guilbert Ford (18701916)
“Friendship is constant in all other things
Save in the office and affairs of love.”
—William Shakespeare (15641616)
