Goalkeepers
In soccer, the goalkeeper is the only player allowed to defend his team's goal with his hands. Sounders FC's most used goalkeeper is former United States international Kasey Keller, who captained Seattle in their first season of competitive soccer. In the team's first three seasons, Sounders FC's other keepers only played in MLS matches when Keller was unavailable due to suspension.
