Chart Success
The album entered the Canadian and Belgian charts in November 2007 because of the Taking Chances success, and later in May 2008 the United Kingdom and Swedish charts, thanks to the Taking Chances Tour. Because of the high Swedish charting, it also debuted on the European Top 100 Albums.
In Sweden the album peaked at number 3 for three weeks and being certified gold (after just two weeks on the chart) for selling over 20,000 copies; something very rare for albums re-released so long after their initial chart runs. Because of that the release date for Dion's next greatest hits album My Love: Essential Collection was moved from October 2008 to March 2009.
