Isle-aux-Grues (French for "island of cranes") is an island situated on the Saint Lawrence River, measuring approximately 7 kilometres by 2 kilometres. It is the only inhabited island among the twenty-one which make up the Isle-aux-Grues archipelago. Politically, it lies within Saint-Antoine-de-l'Isle-aux-Grues.
