Federation of Scouts of Russia

The Federation of Scouts of Russia, or FSR (Russian: Федерации Скаутов России; Federatsiya Skautov Rossii, or ФСР), was one of several national Scouting organizations formed in the Russian Federation following independence from the Soviet Union.
