Chang Myon

Chang Myon (August 28, 1899 – June 4, 1966), or John Myun Chang, was a South Korean politician and educator. He was the fourth and last Vice President of the First Republic and the Prime Minister of the Second Republic. His nicknames were Unseok and a Chinese style name Chitae. Under the policy of sōshi-kaimei in Korea under Japanese rule, he adopted the Japanese name Tsutomu Tamaoka (玉岡勉, Tamaoka Tsutomu?).
