Basil Clarke
Sir Thomas Basil Clarke, KBE (12 August 1879 – 12 December 1947) was an early pioneer of public relations and British government wartime propaganda expert. He also acted as a war correspondent in the First World War, later writing a book of his experiences entitled My Round of the War. The History Press is scheduled to publish a biography of him in June 2013.
