Sexual Intercourse
Normally, there is no sex in manga or anime which are considered ecchi. Such works would be called hentai instead. But it is still possible to make a pun on sexual intercourse through misunderstandings. One simple example would be two characters searching for some kind of item, which appears from the outside, only showing the silhouette, as if both would have an actual intercourse.
