Weighted-average Loan Age

The weighted-average loan age is the average number of months since the date of note origination of all the loans in a pool weighted by remaining principal balance.

Famous quotes containing the words age and/or loan:

If a man do not erect in this age his own tomb ere he dies, he shall live no longer in monument than the bell rings and the widow weeps.
    William Shakespeare (1564–1616)

... the ... thing I am proudest of in my whole business life is that I do not take, that I never took in all my life, and never, never! will take, one single penny more than 6% on any loan or any contract.
    Hetty Green (1834–1916)
