Mungaru Male - Production

Production

Up to 80% of the scenes in the film were shot in the rain. Shooting locations included Madikeri, Sakaleshpura, Jog Falls, and Gadag. Krishna, the camera man was a part-time photographer prior to the film. His camera work was widely praised and is considered a highlight of the film.

The making of Mungaaru Male was documented in the Kannada weekly magazine Sudha by Yogaraj Bhat.
