Candide Charkviani

Candide Charkviani (Georgian: კანდიდ ჩარკვიანი, Russian: Кандид Несторович Чарквиани; 1906–1994) was Georgian party and government official, First secretary of the Communist Party of Georgia from 1938-1952.
