Atimpoku

Atimpoku is a small town located along the Volta River in the Eastern Region of Ghana, and the capital of Asuogyaman District.

The town is the site of the Adomi Bridge, Ghana's largest suspension bridge, and is one of the town's closest to the Akosombo Dam, a hydroelectric facility which supplies the majority of Ghana's power needs.
