Agumon (アグモン?) is Tai's Digimon partner, a reptile Digimon who digivolved from Koromon when his human friend was being attacked by a Kuwagamon. Being brave, relaxed, and funny, Agumon fights by Tai's side. During Digimon Adventure 02, Agumon made intermittent appearances throughout the series. His most notable contributions were in the chain of events that led to Davis getting the Digi-Egg of Friendship while he was controlled by the Digimon Emperor's Dark Spiral. He then befriended BlackWarGreymon, forced to fight him later on. His primary attack is Baby Flame (Pepper Breath in the English dub), firing a small but relatively powerful fireball from his mouth.

Greymon (グレイモン, Gureimon?): Agumon's Champion form, a Dinosaur-type Digimon with well-muscled chest and forearms, orange skin with blue stripes, and a brown helmet with antler-like horns on the side and a single horn on the nose. Agumon first assumed the form to protect Tai from a Shellmon. His trademark attack is Mega Flame (Nova Blast in the English dub), firing a large powerful fireball from his mouth.
MetalGreymon (メタルグレイモン, Metarugureimon?): Agumon's Ultimate form, a Cyborg-type Digimon whose strength is said to be comparable to that of a nuclear warhead and uses his Mega Claw in short and long range attacks. Agumon first assumed the form when Tai invoked his Crest of Courage during the DigiDestined's final battle with Etemon. His primary attack is Giga Destroyer (Giga Blaster in the English dub), his chestplate flips open fires two highly destructive missiles.
SkullGreymon (スカルグレイモン, Sukarugureimon?): Agumon's alternate Ultimate form, an Undead-type Digimon that resulted from forced digivolution. Overwhelmed by the urge to battle, SkullGreymon attacks friend and foe alike with his Dark Shot missile attack before losing enough energy to regress to a lesser form. His primary attack, Ground Zero (Dark Shot in the English dub), fires a missile from his spinal cord.
WarGreymon (ウォーグレイモン, Wōgureimon?): Agumon's Mega form, a Dragonoid Digimon clad in Chrome Digizoid armor who fights with improved speed and strength. Agumon first assumed the form during the epic battle with VenomMyotismon and was the usual form assumed during the battles with the DarkMasters and then Apocalymon. WarGreymon can also DNA digivolve with MetalGarurumon to become Omnimon. His two most prominent attacks are Gaia Force (Terra Force in the English dub), gathers all of the energy into one spot, then fires it as a super-dense, high-temperature fireball energy shot, and Brave Tornado (also Terra Force in the English dub), spins at tremendous speed like a tornado and launches himself at the enemy.
