WFAN-FM

WFAN-FM (101.9 MHz.) is a sports radio station located in New York City. The station is currently owned by Merlin Media LLC, who is in the process of selling the station to CBS Radio; CBS began a simulcast of its pioneering sports radio station, WFAN (660 AM), on WFAN-FM November 1, 2012, and operates the station under a local marketing agreement while awaiting finalization of its purchase from Merlin Media. WFAN-FM operates within the combined CBS Radio facility in New York's West Village neighborhood, and broadcasts from a transmitter located at the Empire State Building.
