Sōkichi Takagi

Sōkichi Takagi (高木 惣吉, Takagi Sōkichi?, 9 August 1893 – 27 July 1979) was a Japanese admiral and political figure opposed to the Tōjō government during World War II. Takagi's efforts to undermine the Japanese wartime government have been compared with the efforts of German Admiral Wilhelm Canaris to undermine the Nazi government, and contributed to the end of the war.
