Requests For White House and Department of Justice Reviews

The office of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada—the state where MacLean was based out of when he made his disclosure—told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Senator Reid supports MacLean and another former Las Vegas Federal Air Marshal, Spencer Pickard. It further stated that it has asked the Obama administration to conduct a review of their cases with respect to Department of Justice/Office of Legal Policy Deputy Assistant Attorney General Rajesh De's testimony to the Senate on June 11, 2009.
