Matt Giordano

Matt Giordano

Matthew Victor Giordano (born October 16, 1982 in Fresno, California) is an American football safety for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at California.

Giordano earned a Super Bowl ring with the Colts in Super Bowl XLI. He has also been a member of the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints. He is the great-grandnephew of the boxer Raffaele Giordano, known as Young Corbett III.
