Your personal digital assistant (PDA) is a handy tool that has enormous potential to make your life much easier. But to get the best out of it you need to have the right accessories. There is wide selection of PDA accessories available on the market so, accessorising your PDA with a multitude of useful extras is not at a difficult task. PDAs have become much more powerful over the years, where they were originally developed as personal organizers. Nowadays most PDAs are in effect small mobile PCs, with a whole host of office like applications, the ability to access the internet and even to play computer games. They can even be used as personal stereo or even as a GPS device or mobile phones.
The reason American cars dont sell anymore is that they have forgotten how to design the American Dream. What does it matter if you buy a car today or six months from now, because cars are not beautiful. Thats why the American auto industry is in trouble: no design, no desire.
—Karl Lagerfeld (b. 1938)
It is possible to improve the performance of these features through the use of one or more accessories. Chargers, car kits, Bluetooth headsets, keyboards and mice and spare batteries can all help you get the best out of your PDA. A PDA is no use if it has a flat battery. Your PDA will have been supplied with a charger, but does it work while you're in your car? A car charger is a must for those on the move as is a spare battery for those times when you can't get to any kind of electrical outlet. While in the car it is especially important to have the right accessories for your PDA, without the right cradle you won't be able to view the screen if using your PDA as a GPS device.
It is not only a question of who is responsible for very young children. There is no longer anyone home to care for adolescents and the elderly. There is no one around to take in the car for repair or to let the plumber in. Working families are faced with daily dilemmas: Who will take care of a sick child? Who will go to the big soccer game? Who will attend the teacher conference?

Additionally it is now illegal to use a mobile phone while driving in the UK, a hands free kit will allow you to do so. If working on your PDA for a protracted period you may find the small keyboard (if your PDA has one) to be uncomfortable to use. There are now an extensive range of Bluetooth and cabled keyboards and mice available for PDAs, many of which provide the feel of a full size keyboard but fold away to a convenient size. These can make using a PDA almost as comfortable as working from a regular desktop PC. So as you can see a PDA can become far more powerful if used in conjunction with the right accessories but before we finish let's not forget the humble case, PDAs are expensive devices that demand to be handled with care. Cases and screen protectors are generally inexpensive and can protect your investment from harm.
