There are many benefits to GSM phone service and perhaps the best is that you can use cell phone with other provider. So, what this means is that if you are on an international business trip to five different countries all you need is one cell phone and a SIM card compatible with the GSM in each country. This is much easier and faster to deal with than trying to lug around five different cell phones or figure out how to use other types of communication. This is by far the biggest benefit of GSM because your phone will work everywhere and all you need is a SIM, many times called a chip, for that particular country. And, if you only travel regularly to one different country this SIM card change will be super easy simple because all you have to do is pop off the back of the phone, remove the battery and SIM card, replace with a new one, and you are ready to start calling! Also, you won't have to worry about changing cell phone number, and everyone loves that.
