Planned Stations
As of April 2010, four stations are planned for the extension:
- Hunter Park/Palmyrita area, Riverside
- March Air Reserve Base, Moreno Valley
- Downtown Perris
- South Perris
Seven stations were originally planned by RCTC—five to open along with the extension, and two to be built in the future. However, in the April 2010 CEQA-mandated draft environmental impact report, three stations were dropped: the two future stations, one on the Cajalco Expressway near its junction with Interstate 215 in Perris and one in Box Springs within Riverside, and a station near UC Riverside, which was removed due to complaints by local residents. In response to these removals, RCTC officials stated that more stations could be built in the future if necessary.

Famous quotes containing the words planned and/or stations:
“Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been engaged to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit. Her husband Joseph, being a righteous man and unwilling to expose her to public disgrace, planned to dismiss her quietly.”
—Bible: New Testament, Matthew 1:18,19.
“A reader who quarrels with postulates, who dislikes Hamlet because he does not believe that there are ghosts or that people speak in pentameters, clearly has no business in literature. He cannot distinguish fiction from fact, and belongs in the same category as the people who send cheques to radio stations for the relief of suffering heroines in soap operas.”
—Northrop Frye (b. 1912)
